Massage therapy Denver

What is Massage Therapy?

Massage therapy targets dysfunctional or painful soft tissue. It can improve the functioning of the circulatory, lymphatic, muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems. Massage benefits everyone from athletes to pregnant women to people with injuries and chronic pain. It’s also a great way to relieve stress and improve flexibility and range of motion. A monthly massage therapy maintenance program can help keep you on track for a healthy and active life. Our clinic has both single sessions and discounted packages available year-round.

Our massage therapist, Jonathan Hebert, LCMT, has extensive training in a wide array of techniques, including but not limited to: Medical, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage, Clinical Assessment, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Neuromuscular and Muscle Energy Techniques, Reflexology, Reiki, Cranio-sacral Massage, and Hot Stone Massage.

The sessions last 55 minutes and are performed by our specially trained, certified massage therapist. All massage therapy activities are supervised by physical therapists to ensure it safely enhances your specific program.
