Exercise and Strength: Introductory Package
The Exercise and Strength intro pack is appropriate for the majority of our new exercise clients. The three private sessions are completed prior to joining group classes to ensure the client’s safety and knowledge of exercise skills and equipment. Once the client completes the three private sessions, they may begin group classes.

Private Exercise: Private Sessions
- 5 Private Sessions: $440 ($88/session, expires in 3 months) – PURCHASE NOW

30 Min Sessions

Private Exercise: Duet Sessions (2 People)
Duet Private Exercise sessions are private sessions one-on-one with an instructor and two clients. This is a great option for friends, family, spouses, and co-workers who want the feel of a group class but with personalized attention and instruction.
- Single Duet Session: $55 per person (expires in 1 month)
- 10 Duet Sessions: $500 ($50 per person, per session, expires in 4 months) – PURCHASE NOW

Strength: Group Classes (Up to 6 people)
