In this gentle class, instructor Oliver Vaughn offers a safe and accessible way to experience yoga while learning a variety of poses in seated, standing, and floor-based positions. With extensive experience, Oliver provides appropriate modifications and props to support a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable practice. Because the class includes floor-based postures, participants must be able to independently get down to and up from the floor.
Oliver emphasizes alignment, mobility, and controlled breathing to support joint health, posture, and relaxation. Ideal for beginners, older adults, those recovering from injury, or anyone seeking a mindful, low-impact way to stay active.
